Associate Planner (1-year Contract)

About the role
The Associate Planner will support the division’s merchandise strategy by developing seasonal and yearly product and location sales plans, forecasting demand and allocating inventory to maximise sales and gross margin.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver category sales, gross‑margin and sell‑through performance against plan.
- Participate in annual sales budgeting and forecasting for assigned brands.
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities and take corrective actions to optimise sales and margins.
- Manage markdown activity, terminal stock and inter‑store transfers.
- Prepare and maintain open‑to‑buy (OTB) plans and replenish orders based on trends and model stock.
- Collaborate with buying, logistics and supplier teams to ensure accurate shipments, allocation and inventory levels.
- Analyse supplier delivery performance and contribute to supplier strategy.
- Provide regular feedback on sales results, competitive activity and inventory status to stakeholders.
