Associate Principal - Digital Application Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal to lead Digital Application Operations, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our enterprise digital platforms and cloud services. The role focuses on proactive monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement across APIs, web, CRM, and ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational stability and performance of digital applications, APIs, web platforms, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Implement observability practices, define service metrics, thresholds, and alerting mechanisms.
• Lead major incident response, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive remediation.
• Oversee production releases, deployment readiness, and governance controls.
• Manage disaster recovery plans, testing, and ensure alignment with business continuity requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, monitor SLAs, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Promote automation, AIOps, RPA, and modernization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in Application Operations, System Engineering, Production Support, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong background with Azure cloud technologies and enterprise digital platforms.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and manage complex incidents.
