Associate Relationship Manager

About the role

Vistra is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to join its Corporate & Private Client Services team in Dubai. Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you will manage a portfolio of international corporate and private clients and support their corporate secretarial and compliance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international corporate and private clients as the primary point of contact.
• Deliver corporate secretarial and administration services, including company formations, filings, and governance support across UAE jurisdictions (ADGM, DIFC, free zones, offshore).
• Ensure compliance with KYC/onboarding and regulatory requirements, conduct annual reviews and remediation.
• Support revenue growth through client relationship management and identification of upsell opportunities.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and overall portfolio financial management.
• Maintain accurate client records, provide reporting to management, and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate services or company secretarial roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate structures and regulations.
• Experience in compliance, KYC, and regulatory filings.
• Degree in Business, Commerce or a related field (professional qualification a plus).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proactive, solution‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English.
