Associate - Sales Management Support

About the role

We are seeking an Associate to support sales management at ALDAR in Abu Dhabi. The role assists in developing and communicating sales strategies, managing product launches, and providing tactical and operational support to the sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and communicating the sales strategy with the line manager.
• Support implementation of sales strategy and pricing to prepare units for launch.
• Project‑manage product launches with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor sales strategy implementation, financials, budgets and raise concerns to line managers.
• Prepare accurate monthly sales reports, analyse data and identify performance trends.
• Update inventory status for sales teams and support promotional campaign planning and forecasting.
• Conduct preliminary benchmarking of competitors on products and pricing in the local market.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years experience in residential sales within the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Team player focused on achieving sales targets.
