Associate Senior Associate – Real Estate Investments

About the role

Join a high‑performing investment team focused on residential, hospitality and mixed‑use assets across the GCC. You will evaluate and execute acquisition and development opportunities, building detailed financial models and supporting the full investment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and execute real‑estate acquisition and development projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for various asset types.
• Conduct underwriting, feasibility studies and appraisal of greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Analyse project economics, financing structures and projected returns.
• Support due‑diligence, prepare investment committee papers and transaction materials.
• Monitor market trends, macro‑economic factors and sector developments.
• Collaborate with investment, development and asset‑management teams throughout the deal process.
• Liaise with external advisors, lenders and operating partners.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in real‑estate investment banking, private equity, consulting, development or a principal investment platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
