Associate – Site Merchandising

About the role

The Associate – Site Merchandising will support Chalhoub Group’s digital retail platform by managing product categories, ensuring accurate online presentation, and driving sales through data‑driven merchandising decisions. This role works closely with purchasing, commercial, and marketing teams to keep the e‑commerce site fresh, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and retire categories and collections on the website, maintaining SKU consistency with ERP systems.
• Coordinate product launches, gathering content from brands and stock information from purchasing.
• Activate and monitor online promotions, including discounts, GWP and PWP, across all markets.
• Use sales and customer analytics to optimise product placement, homepage banners, filters, and navigation.
• Enhance product pages with imagery, cross‑sell/upsell suggestions, and special‑offer banners to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent out‑of‑stock situations, especially during peak periods.
• Collaborate with purchase coordinators and marketing teams to align online merchandising with broader campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product listings simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external brand partners.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to drive merchandising decisions.
• Interest in luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle categories.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems for product data management.
• Experience with e‑commerce merchandising tools and analytics platforms.
