Associate Talent Acquisition Operations

About the role

Mubadala is seeking an Associate TA Operations professional to support its Talent Acquisition function in Abu Dhabi. You will help ensure that recruitment, mobility and contingent workforce services are delivered efficiently and align with the group’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and align daily activities with the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Manage TA invoicing, financial administration and mobility payroll coordination.
• Oversee global health‑insurance administration, contract and vendor management.
• Maintain and report on TA management information, analytics and dashboards.
• Administer recruitment and mobility systems, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Monitor service levels and operational performance metrics.
• Develop and enhance visual reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, systems and operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience in HR or Talent Acquisition operations is preferred.
