Associate Vendor Manager, RVR

About the role

Amazon is expanding its retail business in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and is looking for an ambitious Associate Vendor Manager to drive new vendor collaborations for Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa. Based in Dubai, you will work in a fast‑moving environment, taking ownership of vendor recruitment and onboarding from prospecting to first shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage new vendors through cold‑calls, trade fairs and commercial events.
• Assess vendor potential, act as a business consultant and provide insights to help them succeed on Amazon marketplaces.
• Lead vendors through all onboarding phases, including catalogue data integration and training on Amazon’s internal tools.
• Collaborate with retail teams to ensure the selected assortment meets customer expectations.
• Track and report on onboarding progress and business growth metrics.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
• Strategic and tactical thinking with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain Amazon’s value proposition to diverse business partners.
