Associate Vice President - Group Strategy & Corporate Development

About the role

As an Associate Vice President in Group Strategy & Corporate Development, you will help shape and execute RAKBANK's strategic agenda, working closely with the EVP & Head of Group Strategy & Corporate Development to drive enterprise‑wide initiatives and transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of RAKBANK's strategic roadmap and transformation agenda.
• Drive strategic planning and ensure alignment between corporate strategy, business plans, and execution priorities.
• Manage and monitor bank‑wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor and macro‑economic analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop business cases, financial models and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Track strategic performance, monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development or banking.
• Proven track record of supporting strategic initiatives, transformation programs and business planning.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business performance management, market analysis and financial modelling.
