Attender

About the role

The Attender provides general assistance and support to staff, customers, visitors and the organization at Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations by handling routine tasks, maintaining cleanliness and delivering documents promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide visitors in a polite, professional manner.
• Carry, move, arrange and distribute files, documents, and other items.
• Deliver documents, messages, parcels to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of assigned areas.
• Arrange meeting rooms, workspaces, furniture and basic equipment as needed.
• Assist with photocopying, printing, filing and other routine office support tasks.
• Receive, organize and distribute supplies and materials.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, shortages or other concerns.
• Follow workplace safety, security and organizational procedures.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
• Additional training or relevant certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar support or attendant role preferred.
