About the role
As an Attractions Attendant at LEGOLAND Dubai, you will ensure the highest safety standards are maintained while delivering exceptional guest service on rides and attractions. You will work primarily outdoors, standing for extended periods, and must be physically fit and fluent in English.
Key responsibilities
- Operate rides and attractions according to Standard Operating Procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
- Monitor guest safety, respond to emergencies, and follow Merlin safety standards.
- Provide friendly, helpful, and cheerful assistance to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance throughout the park.
- Report any safety hazards or deficiencies promptly.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to stand outdoors for long periods.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to follow detailed safety procedures and instructions.
