Audit & Assurance Associate – UAE Nationals

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a motivated UAE national to join its Audit & Assurance team in Abu Dhabi as an Associate. You will work on high‑quality audits for a diverse client base, applying global audit imperatives and Deloitte’s methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Perform risk assessment procedures and evaluate risks of material misstatement.
• Execute audit tests in line with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
• Prepare informative, timely audit outputs and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, ethical standards, and Deloitte’s quality control procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, auditing or a related field.
• Relevant work experience or internships in audit or assurance.
• Strong commitment to personal learning and development.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of audit standards.
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Risk assessment techniques.
