About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist our AEC clients with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks and BIM workflows. The role is based on‑site in Dubai and supports both local and remote customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and guidance on Autodesk Construction Cloud tools (BIM Collaborate Pro, Docs, Takeoff, etc.)
- Assist clients in the AEC industry with Revit, Navisworks and BIM workflows
- Help drive product sales by sharing technical knowledge during business development activities
- Work on well‑qualified customer opportunities and present product value to prospects and customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Required profile
- 3–4 years of experience in an Autodesk partner environment supporting Autodesk Construction Cloud tools
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and BIM concepts
- Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
