Automotive Mechanic – Full‑time Workshop Role

About the role

The Automotive Mechanic will join Kish Guys Garage’s workshop in Dubai, performing routine maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles. This full‑time, on‑site position involves hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring every job meets the garage’s safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine servicing, inspections, and component replacements.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Identify problems, develop and execute repair plans, and perform scheduled servicing.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate findings to customers, recommend services, and promote a positive service experience.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain an efficient workshop workflow.

Required profile

• Relevant technical training or certification in automotive technology or a related field.
• Experience working in a garage or workshop environment, preferably with light vehicles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and diagnostic reports.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai and collaborate with a diverse team.
