Automotive Sales Representative

About the role

Join our team as a Sales Representative! We're looking for a friendly individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for cars. Prior experience in car sales is a plus but not required.

Key responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors, understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives, showcase vehicle features and negotiate sale prices and trade‑in values.
• Assist customers with financing options, collect documents and coordinate with banks for loan approvals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and collaborate with internal teams.
• Handle export documentation and coordinate with shipping companies for international sales.

Required profile

• Associate degree or high school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a focus on customer service.
• Professional appearance, friendly manner and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Malayalam and English; Arabic or other languages advantageous.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work extra hours to meet targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
