Autonomous Fleet Operations Operator

About the role

We are looking for an Autonomous Fleet Operations Operator to monitor the real‑time status of our autonomous vehicles in Dubai and coordinate rapid responses to incidents, accidents and other operational emergencies. The role demands high situational awareness, clear communication and the ability to act quickly under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live operational data of autonomous vehicles and detect any anomalies.
• Identify traffic accidents, emergencies and operational incidents and initiate appropriate actions.
• Dispatch emergency work orders to ground support teams and coordinate on‑site response activities.
• Escalate incidents according to established procedures and maintain clear communication with all parties.
• Execute map interruption processes and track incident progress until resolution or further escalation.
• Record incident details, actions taken and outcomes accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a control room, command centre, emergency response centre or fleet monitoring environment.
• Strong situational awareness and decisive decision‑making ability.
• Calm and focused demeanor during emergencies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with monitoring systems and computer applications.
• Experience in transportation, automotive, logistics or mobility operations is a plus.
