AV Technician

About the role

The Lana, part of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a dedicated AV Technician to join its Engineering & Maintenance team. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to work in a luxury hotel environment, supporting guest experiences through high‑quality audio‑visual services.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV, protection, lighting, and conferencing equipment and systems.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of AV equipment in banquet and meeting rooms.
• Provide on‑site technical support during events and daily operations.
• Maintain equipment inventory and ensure regular preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with other engineering staff to resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Full‑time, permanent employment status.
• Ability to work onsite in a hotel setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
