AVP & Lead – CAD International

About the role

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) and Lead for CAD International will head the Credit Administration Department (CAD) team at FAB's Head Office, ensuring effective governance, risk management and operational excellence across all country CAD teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the CAD International‑DU team and act as the primary liaison between Head Office and country CAD teams.
• Monitor and enforce the CAD‑Intl governance framework covering processes, people, systems and administration.
• Prepare, review and publish consolidated CAD reports, including loan documentation data from GLCMS and the Core Banking System.
• Support country teams in drafting and finalising CAD Standard Operating Procedures and oversee audit follow‑up.
• Conduct annual Risk and Control Assessment (RCSA), business continuity planning, and business impact analysis.
• Drive gap analysis, peer reviews and continuous improvement of CAD processes.
• Organise training sessions, CAD Academy programmes and regular communication forums with stakeholders.
• Represent CAD‑International as a subject‑matter expert during system and project implementations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading CAD or credit administration teams in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk assessment, audit remediation and business continuity.
• Excellent coordination skills to manage cross‑border teams and stakeholder communication.
