AVP Trade Support – Dealer Assist & Data Readiness

About the role

The Assistant Vice President, Trade Support will manage day‑to‑day Dealer Assist and Data Readiness activities for Global Markets products. The role ensures that Front Office Sales and Trading desks receive timely, accurate, and consistent operational support across the trade lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate daily Dealer Assist activities, following service standards, escalation protocols and hand‑over routines.
• Manage Front Office request intake, triage, prioritisation, allocation and follow‑up for assigned products and desks.
• Support trade booking queries, client account allocations, portfolio allocations and sales‑support requests.
• Maintain request logs, workload trackers, escalation records and service commentary.
• Identify recurring issues, process gaps and capacity constraints, and propose improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate client onboarding and ready‑to‑trade activities with KYC, Credit, Compliance, Documentation, Reference Data, Operations and Front Office teams.
• Track dependencies such as client, counterparty, product, account, portfolio, SSI and static data required for trade execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in trade support or dealer assist functions within a Global Markets environment.
• Strong understanding of client onboarding, data readiness and trade‑flow coordination.
• Ability to work closely with Front Office, Operations, KYC, Credit, Compliance, Reference Data and Technology teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on service quality.
