B2B Marketing Manager – Carbon Markets

About the role

Offset8 Capital is expanding its marketing and communications team and is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to lead content, digital presence and brand positioning in the global carbon markets. You will work closely with the investment and client teams to translate complex climate finance concepts into compelling marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, website, newsletters and long‑form pieces.
• Create thought‑leadership articles, client case studies, press releases and other high‑quality marketing materials.
• Design and execute lead‑generation digital campaigns targeting prospective clients, partners and investors.
• Coordinate branding, design and visual identity across all media and communications.
• Manage LinkedIn and other social channels to grow audience engagement and market visibility.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators such as website traffic, lead conversion and campaign results, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B, growth or content marketing experience, preferably in climate, finance or sustainability.
• Strong writing, copy‑editing and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visual identity.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable translating metrics into actionable strategies.
• Self‑starter able to work independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent English.
