B2B Sales Manager – GCC Luxury Travel

About the role

Freedom Holidays is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead its GCC market expansion. Based in Dubai, you will develop and manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and corporate travel buyers across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with leading GCC travel agencies and tour operators.
• Build a strong pipeline of outbound leisure travel to Europe and Scandinavia.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations and attend trade events, workshops and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the European operations team to tailor products for GCC travellers.
• Generate FIT, family, private and group travel enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer requirements.
• Maintain a structured database of travel trade partners and ensure regular contact with key accounts.
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of B2B travel sales experience in the GCC region.
• Established network of travel agencies and tour operators in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record selling outbound leisure travel, preferably to Europe.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across GCC countries.
