About the role
Etihad Airways is seeking a B2B Sales Products Officer to support its B2B sales initiatives. The role focuses on maintaining pricing, incentive models, contracts, and providing analytical support to ensure smooth sales operations across specialty segments such as Marine, Embassies, and Students.
Key responsibilities
- Manage pricing and incentive modelling templates in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update incentive contract templates to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
- Handle internal and external inboxes, responding promptly and routing critical inquiries.
- Utilise CRM systems to keep customer data accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Co‑create new B2B sales programs and contracts for specialty market segments.
- Communicate clearly with internal customers, especially Business Development Units, on products, programs, and policies.
- Work with the sales policies & communication team to keep agency and corporate sales policies current.
- Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports on sales performance, customer trends, and program effectiveness.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Etihad’s products, programs, and offerings to support sales teams and customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Background in sales or sales support within a field‑sales environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Cultural awareness and a customer‑centric attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM software.
