About the role
The Banking Sales Executive will promote and sell banking financial products such as credit cards and personal loans to customers in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the sales team to meet targets and expand the client base.
Key responsibilities
- Sell banking financial products, including credit cards and personal loans.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize income.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify new leads through references, corporate appointments and market research.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet sales targets.
- Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Required profile
- Intermediate/High school degree with at least 1 year of banking experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of non‑banking experience.
- Fluent English (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
