Banking Sales Executive

About the role

Aravion Consulting is recruiting experienced banking sales professionals for a leading UAE financial institution. The role focuses on driving personal loan and credit‑card sales across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with opportunities to progress into team‑leader positions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for personal loans and credit cards.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with retail customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management.
• For team‑leader roles: coach, motivate and manage a sales team to meet collective goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UAE banking sales, preferably in personal loans and/or credit cards.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused, results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a target‑oriented environment.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred for team‑leader positions.
