Banking Sales Executive

About the role

The Banking Sales Executive will promote and sell banking financial products such as credit cards and personal loans. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions while contributing to the company’s revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell banking financial products (credit cards, personal loans) to new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify new leads through references, corporate appointments and market research.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and industry trends to drive progressive sales growth.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of banking or non‑banking experience.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Open to Indian, Filipino, or Sri Lankan nationals.
