About the role
Work as a Banking Sales Executive or Team Leader for a financial institution in the UAE. Build long‑term customer relationships and deliver sales results for retail banking products. Positions are based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with a morning shift and occasional travel.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with retail banking customers.
- Achieve sales targets for personal loans and credit cards.
Required profile
- Experience in UAE banking sales, particularly personal loans or credit cards.
- Strong communication, relationship management and results‑driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a target‑oriented environment and collaborate within a team.
- Leadership experience preferred for Team Leader positions.
