Bar General Manager – Luxury Hotel, Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bar General Manager to lead the Luna bar at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai. The role combines strategic oversight with day‑to‑day operational excellence to deliver a world‑class beverage experience for our guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement bar strategies, concepts and service standards aligned with the Four Seasons brand.
• Drive revenue growth while controlling costs, managing inventories and maintaining optimal par stock.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, coordinate activations and ensure timely procurement of beverages and related supplies.
• Oversee maintenance work orders, ensure the venue is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Lead, coach and schedule the bar team, handling hiring, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary actions.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, build relationships with VIP guests and ensure the bar meets or exceeds brand expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food‑and‑beverage or nightlife venues within a luxury setting.
• Proven track record of managing a high‑performing bar team and achieving financial targets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on employee satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, upscale hospitality environment.
