Bar Hostess – Full‑Time

About the role

Accor is seeking a friendly and professional Bar Hostess to join its Dubai hotel team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing the hostess desk, seating guests efficiently and supporting the restaurant manager to deliver a high‑standard dining experience. Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage the hostess desk and ensure smooth seating flow.
• Maintain the appearance of the bar area, set tables, polish equipment and uphold grooming standards.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, take orders and handle payments.
• Assist the Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager with assigned tasks and contribute to meeting revenue targets.
• Attend regular training on guest care, product knowledge and up‑selling.
• Support inter‑departmental communication and uphold a positive company image.
