Bar Manager – Center Bar

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Bar Manager for its Center Bar. The role involves leading the bar team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a high‑quality guest experience in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards and morale.
• Oversee daily bar operations including inventory management, ordering, receiving and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to develop new cocktails and update beverage menus.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints promptly to uphold guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive experience in bartending and bar management within upscale or luxury hospitality establishments.
• Expert knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, premium spirits and current beverage trends.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, ordering and maintain optimal par levels.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
