About the role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Barista to join our hotel’s beverage service team in Dubai. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee and tea drinks while delivering excellent customer service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to hotel standards.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Operate coffee machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service counter and work area.
- Monitor and manage beverage supplies, restocking as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Required profile
- Less than 1 year of experience in a barista or hospitality role.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple orders.
- Willingness to follow hotel policies and procedures.

What we offer
- Monthly salary of 2,500 – 3,500 AED.
- Visa sponsorship and accommodation provided.
