About the role
Torrefa cafe is seeking a full‑time Barista for its Dubai outlet. The role involves eight‑hour shifts with one day off per week, serving high‑quality coffee and ensuring a pleasant experience for customers in a busy café environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks and other coffee beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including equipment and seating areas.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups and other supplies as needed.
- Manage high customer flow during peak periods while maintaining service quality.
- Follow health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Required profile
- Cheerful and polite demeanor when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy café.
- Availability for full‑time shifts with one day off per week.
- Reliability and willingness to contribute to a team‑oriented environment.
