Barista – Hospitality Role

About the role

Join the hospitality team at DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences as a Barista. You will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering high‑quality coffee, tea and specialty drinks while embodying the brand’s warm and friendly service culture.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactively look for ways to make their stay special.
• Prepare coffee, tea and specialty beverages following standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Learn and master all menu items and daily specials to confidently answer guest questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
