Barista – Luxury Hotel in Downtown Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Barista to join our luxury hotel in Downtown Dubai. The role goes beyond preparing coffee – you will create memorable beverage experiences and act as a host for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to the highest standards.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and local offerings to enhance the menu.
• Maintain the bar area, ensuring it looks and functions flawlessly.
• Build relationships with guests and hotel teams to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and provide clear information to guests.
• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for long periods and lifting items up to 25 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a beverage‑service environment.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
