Barista – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the InterContinental Fujairah Resort as a Barista, delivering high‑quality coffee, tea and a full range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests in a luxury five‑star setting. You will work in a dynamic team, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and upholding the resort’s standards of service and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages according to hotel recipes.
• Welcome guests with warm, personalized service and recommend drinks to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards at the bar area.
• Collaborate with the Bar, Restaurant and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle stock rotation, storage and proper handling of all beverage products.
• Complete opening and closing duties while complying with HACCP, health & safety and hotel policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a hotel or upscale beverage service environment.
• Strong product knowledge of coffee, tea, cocktails and other beverages.
• Excellent guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
