About the role

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is expanding its coffee shop network in the UAE and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill several front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house positions. The successful candidates will join a dynamic team that serves specialty coffee, food and baked goods to a diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso‑based beverages according to company standards.
• Take orders, serve meals and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
• Assist in the preparation, baking and presentation of pastries and bakery items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment and the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet service speed and quality targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a coffee shop, restaurant or bakery environment.
• Previous exposure to the food‑and‑beverage or specialty‑coffee sector is preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Immediate availability for joining.

Required skills

• Experience operating espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment.
• Knowledge of basic bakery and pastry preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
