About the role

Join Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Bartender, delivering high‑quality beverage service in line with Anantara’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests according to Anantara food and beverage quality, presentation, and sanitation standards.
• Set up the bar at opening, including liquor, ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes.
• Process drink orders accurately, manage billing efficiently, and ensure proper calling order.
• Prepare cocktails following the Anantara Resorts & Spas standard beverage manual with precise measurements.
• Receive and verify liquor deliveries, reporting any discrepancies to the Bar Supervisor.
• Maintain security in the work area and remain at the bar until properly relieved.
• Assist with cleanup tasks such as mopping floors, removing cans and bottles, and cleaning rails and counters.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with a strong focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Attention to detail in service, appearance, and cleanliness of the bar area.
• Understanding of Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and willingness to suggest improvements.
• Ability to manage bar security and stay on duty until relieved.
• Willingness to assist with post‑service cleaning and maintenance tasks.
