Bartender – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Bartender will deliver high‑quality beverage service at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, ensuring guests experience the brand’s renowned hospitality and luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the bar at opening, including liquor, ice, glassware, juices and garnishes.
• Process drink orders in proper sequence, verify quantities and manage billing efficiently.
• Prepare all cocktails according to Minor Hotels’ standard beverage manual using precise measures.
• Receive and check liquor deliveries, reporting any discrepancies to the Beverage Manager.
• Maintain bar security, clean work areas, mop floors, and remove waste throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong memory, attention to detail and calmness under pressure.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Cocktail preparation techniques and knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and mixers.
• Operation of a POS system and accurate transaction processing.
