Beauty Advisor – Luxury Retail (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to join Chanel’s Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Dubai Hills for a six‑month temporary assignment. You will be part of the sales team, delivering the brand’s luxury experience and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a unique and memorable experience to each client, creating a loyal client database.
• Co‑create personalized stories with clients, sharing Chanel’s heritage and current beauty trends.
• Maintain brand standards by acting as a brand ambassador and adhering to grooming guidelines.
• Deliver tailored beauty solutions, cross‑sell across makeup, fragrance and skincare categories, and meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle client complaints and requests in line with Chanel’s procedures.
• Participate in boutique events, workshops and ensure visual‑merchandising standards are upheld.
• Prepare operational reports for the manager and support daily boutique operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high‑end or luxury retail environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• Passion for makeup and beauty with a strong focus on client experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and intercultural mindset.
