About the role
ABC Private School is seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Educator to join its fast‑growing chain of salons in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality cosmetology training, inspiring students, and ensuring the curriculum reflects current industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Research industry trends and creatively develop lesson plans.
- Deliver courses, conduct assessments, and record student performance.
- Monitor and track the performance of salon therapists.
- Participate in the appraisal and professional development of technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and produce performance reports.
Required profile
- Licensed or qualified cosmetology/beauty educator.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in cosmetology.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on salon experience.
- Strong knowledge of current cosmetology trends, skin and nail care.
- Ability to manage large classes and foster a supportive learning environment.
