Beauty Educator – Training & Development

About the role

The Beauty Educator will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs for therapists and reception staff across Spa Junction locations. This role ensures that all training aligns with organisational standards and contributes to employee growth and exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs through analysis of complaints, delays and observations.
• Develop and budget training programs, coordinating with Spa In‑Charge, E&Q, and HR.
• Design course outlines, manage external training providers, and set up training systems for new joiners and new spas.
• Organise venues, logistics, transport and accommodation for efficient training delivery.
• Conduct pre‑, mid‑ and post‑training assessments, flagging under‑performing trainees.
• Maintain annual refresher programs for therapists and receptionists, monitoring complaint trends.
• Communicate mystery‑shopper results and training updates to spa teams.
• Participate in briefings and meetings to reinforce client‑handling standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training or education within a spa, beauty or hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate outcomes.
• Excellent coordination abilities to work with multiple departments and external providers.
• Effective communication skills for delivering feedback and updates.
