Bell Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Bell Attendant provides courteous luggage assistance and guest guidance at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest luggage with care during check‑in and check‑out, including loading and unloading.
• Greet guests warmly and offer directions to lobby, entrance, parking and hotel facilities.
• Coordinate guest flow during peak periods to maintain smooth operations.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities and layout.
• Follow safety and security protocols to protect guests and property.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge and housekeeping teams.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bellman or in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Strong physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for long periods.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance with attention to grooming and uniform standards.
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts.
