Bell Service Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Bell Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests arriving at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You will ensure a warm welcome, assist with luggage, and set the tone for a memorable stay in a luxury beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests with their luggage, including lifting and transporting heavy items.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized front‑desk and bell desk area.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest needs.
• Support check‑ins, check‑outs, and handle phone calls as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry luggage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with hotel management software (preferred).
