Bell Service Assistant – Dubai Marina

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Bell Service Assistant to join the team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their arrival, stay and departure are smooth and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage from arrival point to room and back on departure.
• Handle guest messages, mail, parcels and newspaper deliveries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clear communication with all hotel departments to guarantee seamless service.
• Keep the concierge desk and storeroom clean, tidy and well‑organized.
• Update and use the Opera Guest profile system to track guest preferences and requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a four‑ or five‑star hotel.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused and able to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera PMS (Opera Guest profile system).
