Bellman (Bell Attendant) – Guest Service Specialist

About the role

The Bellman (Bell Attendant) provides first‑class guest service by handling luggage, welcoming arrivals, and assisting with departures. Working closely with the Front Office and Concierge teams, the role ensures a smooth and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms.
• Explain room features, hotel facilities, and available services.
• Support guests during check‑out, handling luggage and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, coordinating with Front Office and Concierge.
• Assist with valet parking operations when needed.
• Handle, tag, and store guest luggage safely.
• Follow all safety, security, and hotel SOPs.
• Report guest feedback, complaints, or unusual situations to the Front Office Supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
