Bellperson – Luxury Serviced Residence

About the role

Join the InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi team as a Bellperson, providing the first and last impression for residents and guests in a luxury serviced‑residence environment. You will deliver warm, personalized service while ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests upon arrival and assist them during departure.
• Handle, transport, and store luggage safely and efficiently.
• Escort guests to their residences, introduce facilities, and answer enquiries.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security and other departments.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, taxis, directions and general queries.
• Deliver messages, packages, newspapers and amenities promptly.
• Maintain an organized, secure luggage storage area and keep the lobby and bell desk tidy.
• Recognize returning residents, VIPs and regular guests to provide a personalized welcome.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Bellperson, Bell Attendant, Porter or similar guest‑facing role.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, serviced residence or high‑end hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Warm, friendly and professional personality with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.

Required skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move luggage safely.
• Knowledge of hotel safety, security and procedural standards.
