About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for guests at W Hotels. The role involves setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Set and arrange tables, ensure proper presentation and cleanliness.
Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain work areas and supplies, including cleaning and restocking.
Handle menu verification, read and confirm information accurately.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
