About the role

The Guest Service Expert at Ginger Moon creates a memorable dining experience by delivering attentive service and ensuring guests enjoy their meals. This full‑time, on‑site position involves a blend of table setting, guest interaction, and coordination with the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen promptly.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, and service supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols, uniform standards, and professional appearance.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform the physical duties described.
• No specific license or certification needed.
