Bid & Contract Manager – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Bid and Contract Manager to support our sales teams in Dubai. The role will drive the full contracting lifecycle, from strategy definition through negotiation and hand‑over to execution, ensuring compliance with G+D standards and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align contracting strategy with the Bid team and management.
• Lead the contracting process up to signature, including drafting, updating and negotiating contracts.
• Perform Statement of Compliance (SoC) during tender and offer phases.
• Support the execution team on high‑level escalations, disputes and contract changes.
• Manage risk exposure, maintain mitigation lists and provide regular status reports.
• Lead tender management, create offerings and ensure precise contract definitions.
• Utilise G+D standard contract templates and guidelines to optimise commercial KPIs.
• Participate in customer negotiations, challenge disadvantageous terms and coordinate with Legal and Compliance.

Required profile

• Fluent French and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in contract management, preferably within technology or security sectors.
• Ability to work closely with sales, legal and compliance functions.
• Strong analytical mindset for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end contract lifecycles and tender processes.
