Bid & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Bid & Marketing Coordinator will support the Bid & Marketing Manager in preparing tender submissions and marketing materials for Al Tayer Stocks, a leading construction and fit‑out company in Dubai. The role involves coordinating bid documentation, designing presentations, and maintaining brand consistency across all communications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage 20+ tender submissions per month, including mid‑bid and client interview presentations.
• Design bid backgrounds, collate client research, and ensure each submission meets high quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with the presentation team to create visually compelling decks and upload final files for senior management use.
• Maintain up‑to‑date marketing collateral such as sector‑specific brochures and internal communications.
• Assist with award submissions, event coordination, and archiving of marketing assets.
• Train bid team members on InDesign and other design tools to support increasing tender volume.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction/fit‑out industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple submissions and meet tight deadlines.
