Billing Specialist AE

About the role

We are looking for a Billing Specialist (AE) to manage end‑to‑end billing activities for our customers in Abu Dhabi. The role requires high accuracy, strong numerical aptitude and the ability to maintain professional relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and issue customer invoices on time.
• Verify pricing, quantities, discounts, taxes and payment terms.
• Process billing adjustments, credits, refunds and account corrections.
• Maintain accurate billing records and monitor outstanding invoices.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales and other departments to resolve issues.
• Reconcile billing data with accounting systems and prepare reports for management.
• Support month‑end, year‑end billing activities and audit requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements while ensuring confidentiality.
